OH!! I remember browsing through that cookbook as a child! (My mom still has it on her shelf and has had it for about 20 years TOO!!) I think there is a recipe in it called "No-Fault Pumpkin Pie" that I use to make?! I loved to bake growing up, and could usually talk my mom into letting me try something "IF" it was "healthy" enough, and she'd usually go for the recipes in that book! =) Funny!! I hadn't thought about that for awhile! And I know what you mean about them tasting vegetarian!! lol!!
