As a fellow New Yorker I can vouch for the wonder that is real New York Maple Syrup. Wouldn't use anything else. Don't ordinarily like it but at this time of year it seems to grow on you.

Arrrrrgh, braggart! You and your tempting talk of maple syrup! ;-) I grew up on the East Coast and remember good old school field trips to maple growers.

Now I'm in California and near dull palm trees.


Had the privilege to visit a maple sugar farm in Quebec...YUMMY!!! If you would visit my "home", you would find a well deserved gift there! Cathy
